THE STUDIO

Seven West Studio is a boutique wood block printing studio located in the coastal town of Ocean Grove. Classes include two hours of concept design, drafting and printing your design onto a tea towel to take home.  

Participants receive a ‘hands on approach’ to teaching due to class size being limited to six people. Classes can be tailored to different groups of students such as hens parties, birthday groups and groups of friends. Everything groups need is included in the workshop cost. 

The workshops aim to connect students while learning a new skill in a beautiful boutique setting.

MEET JULIE

Hello, I’m Julie.

My passion for textiles and design was ignited by my incredible mother, who taught me the art of sewing and inspired me to pursue Graphic Design at University.  

Over the years, exploring countries across Europe and Morocco, and indulging in a textile tour of India, deepened my appreciation for ancient crafts passed down through generations.  

Finally realising my lifelong dream, I now have my own studio/sanctuary where creativity flows freely. Join me in one of my workshops, where I’ll share the magic of ancient Indian crafts dating back 2000 years.

I cannot wait to meet you there.

OUR LOCATION

Seven West Studio is located on a quiet residential street in the coastal town of Ocean Grove. As the studio itself is located on a residential property, the actual studio address will be provided upon the purchase of your workshop ticket.

Seven West Studio is about a 1.5-hour drive from Melbourne CBD and a 25-minute drive from Geelong.
